    Hello Abinaya,

The Chrome Plugin for Automation Anywhere has always been quite unreliable to the point that I wouldn't reccomend using it. It just seems to cause more havoc than it's worth. However if you want to use Chrome please make sure that Chrome is set as your Default Web Browser via the system options of:
Windows -> Default App settings -> Web browser -> Set to chrome.

If this doesn't work then we have to dive deeper and try the editing of some Registries. Please follow the below advice and let me know if it works:

If Google Chrome is a default browser, Go to Properties and select Target Path of Chrome and modify it in the key like below -

Ensure you do not remove -osint -url "%1" from the end of the string.

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" -osint -url "%1"

Navigate to HEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\windows\Shell\Associations\URLAssociations\http registry key and select default and the below entry should be available:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" -- "%1"

    • Restart the machine

Validate if these Registry settings are still there (Group policy has not wiped out manual settings) and default web browser is still chrome.

Open task editor -> Have launch website command -> Run the command and check if it opens the webpage in chrome browser.
